In order to implement the agreement on global warming reached at the UN climate change conference in Paris, in December 2015, an almost complete phasing out of fossil energy supply is required by 2050. This presents enormous challenges for the energy society, but also offers a lot of opportunities for research and industry to make a global contribution to this change. Green energy principally involves natural energetic processes which are able to be controlled with little or no pollution. Biofuels are created from living organisms or from metabolic by-products instead of a fuel created by natural science processes like those involved among the formation of fossil fuels, like coal and crude. Renewable energy comes from non-conventional energy that is continuously replenished by natural processes. Solar power is in action these days and incorporates a nice impact on the energy resources. Energy Data 2022 Workshop gathers all the global leaders from academia and industry and government to share their research at this exclusive scientific program, The workshop throws light on thought-provoking topics and recent research in the field of Internet of Energy, Energy Data Platform, Energy Business, Renewable Energy, Green Energy and Economy, Energy Storage, Generation and Transmission, Hybrid Renewable Energy, Bio-fuels and Bio-energy, Sustainable Nuclear Energy, Solar and Wind Energy, Smart Grid Systems, and many more.

The organizing committee is gearing up for an exciting and informative workshop program including plenary lectures and invited programs for participants from all over the world. This workshop focuses on recent developments and standardizations in the areas of the energy data and renewable energy system and promising areas of potential applications. We invite you to join Energy Data 2022 Workshop, where you are sure to have a meaningful experience with experts from around the world.

Technical Topics

Workshop focus on topics related to design and development of Optical Wireless Communication Networks, which include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • LPWA, Internet of Energy
  • Cloud based energy networks
  • Energy platform
  • Renewable Heating and Cooling in a future energy system
  • Future role of buildings and industry for the flexibility and stability of thermal and electric grids
  • Hybridization of energy sectors
  • Heating and Cooling Technologies
  • Energy and Resource recovery from Low-grade sources

  • Best practice policies

All papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF format, and uploaded on EDAS. The direct link for paper submission is https://edas.info/N29434 There are two options for the submissions, either a full paper or a short paper. We decided to allow the submission of short papers in order to accommodate the most recent research outcomes. The submissions should be formatted with single-spaced, double-column pages using at least 10 pt (or higher) size fonts on A4 or letter pages in IEEE style format. The maximum number of pages is 6 for full papers and 3 for short papers. Detailed formatting and submission instructions will be available on the conference web site (http://www.icufn.org).

Submitted papers will be reviewed by the workshop Program Committee and judged on originality, technical correctness, relevance, and quality of presentation. All accepted papers will appear in the IEEE Xplore Digital library and will be indexed by Scopus and EI Compendex only if at least one of the authors registers at the full registration rate and attends to present the paper. Also, extended versions of selected papers will be published in the following international journals (SCIE-indexed) as a special section for the ICUFN2021.

  • Wireless Personal Communications (SCIE)
  • Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing (SCIE)
  • International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks (SCIE)
  • Mobile Information System (SCIE)
  • Sensors (SCIE)
  • Journal of Internet Technology (SCIE)
  • ICT Express (SCIE)
  • Recent Advances on Communications and Networking Technology
